Thank you. Just as you said, My specified spending included income and property taxes. I live in a no sales tax state. However, the details show at age 70 my tax bill dropping to zero - except for the taxes on the RMD. Some mystery source is funding deposits to my taxable account too. Lots of diggin...

Initial Withdrawal is greater than Stable Annual Spend

When I define an Annual Retirement Spending, Specify Stable, and do not have a goal seek defined why does (or might) FRP show an Initial Withdrawal greater than the ARS?
