Speaking of tax complications, is it possible to configurate the program so that it accounts for taxes in several countries? Because I was considering getting one of these houses in Greece for when I retire, and I'll have to take that into account.

Wait, you're doing that as well? That's above and beyond the call of duty, especially when compared to other software support teams. Great, that helps a lot! I did use the average inflation rate from 1990 to 2019, and I'm glad it was the right choice and that I wasn't grossly mistaken.
