I manage a number of scenarios with large numbers of additional inputs. Currently, once the Additional Inputs page is open, the scenario name is generally not visible without moving or shrinking the Additional Inputs page, so including the scenario name in the title bar would be helpful.

I'd like to reiterate this request -- it would be extremely helpful as I modify a number of similar but varying scenarios. I usually end up duplicating one scenario and making scenario-specific adjustments, but this often end up scrambling the logical order of the original scenarios.

I'd second the request for being able to re-order scenarios in the Manage Scenarios page.

I've seen this, too, specifically related to having the .frp file on the desktop, and I think it's related to syncing with iCloud. In Finder, try going to iCloud Drive | Desktop and make sure there are no pending syncs. This has worked for me in the past.
