Jim, Thanks for the lightening fast reply. You certainly know your tool! I should have mentioned, I have selected the "Take withdrawals from Taxable, then Tax-deferred, then Tax Free" option under Settings. Also, I have specified to take the RMD starting at age 70. Hi Jim, Hope all is well. Still loving the tool - it is the best! Quick question: What is the column labeled "Taxes on Withdrawals" in the Detailed View output with the radio button "Show More Detail" selected for, please? No values appear there for me in any of my runs. Just want to be conservative...

Question on detailed view output column

Hi,

My question is what does the column, "Additional Withdrawal" (viewable in the Detailed Output) represent?

I notice that when I enter an amount for the net sale of my home as "After Tax Income" there is a large negative amount in the same year for "Additional Withdrawal."
