Unfortunately the planner doesn't give you control over that. The withdrawal order that you configure in settings applies to all withdrawals throughout the plan.

That makes sense. Flexible and conservative are almost the same except for what happens when things are going well in terms of portfolio growth. Yeah, that screenshot shows a way to manually simulate a Roth conversion by using three separate transactions.
