Planned expenses not saving?

I've used goal seek to find my max annual withdrawal, stable value setting, but no matter what I set as my annual retirement spending, the result is showing a totally different number in the detail view planned expenses. Anyone know why?

Is the spending policy set to flexible or stable? If it's set to flexible, that could be the reason. You can read up on spending policies here:
