Spending Policy and Expenses Funded

If I put the spending policy floor at 95%, it appears when running Conservative or Flexible, each year my Planned expenses funded are reduced to that level. Am I reading the output correctly, or is the 95% Expenses Funded only for those scenario's that failed.

The floor is there for all simulation iterations (paths), not just the ones that failed. What's likely happening is that out of the 10,000 simulation paths, at least half of them end up touching the spending floor, so the median expenses funded (in any given year) gets reported as 95%. That doesn't mean every simulation path hit the floor, but at least half of them did. For any of those paths where the floor was hit, that may or may not have prevented the plan from failing.
